Positives
• Heroic - Luka likes to save people in danger if it is really needed, unless they are his target as a hitman. Sometimes, he will spare his targets depending on the results of his stalking, and watching. If he finds that there is little reason to kill them, or a good reason not to, then he will not pull the trigger.
• Intelligent - Have a high amount of intellect is a vital requirement in being a hitman. Being able to make quick estimations, predictions, anticipations, and have a vast knowledge. Something plausible about Luka.
• Affectionate - This trait is restricted to be only when a lover, or a parental figure, is around Luka. A softer trait of his, that involves hugging, and lots of clinging. Clinging, as much as a... Mommas's boy? Right.
• Kind - He can be quite kind to those whom seem to deserve such treatment. Anyone who seems to have a good vibe, or sense about them. One with a attitude or personality that may interest or entice Luka.

• Merciless - This side of him usually comes out when he seeks vengeance on an individual, or an enemy. Or seeks to avenge someone. He won't hesitate to kill them, and he won't hesitate to kill someone who caused suffering to an innocent person. Such as, one kidnapping, or attacking another person who was completely innocent. He has a very low tolerance for such people.
• Cold-Blooded - With such a trait, this means he is mostly immune to his own personal emotions or feelings on the situation when exceedingly determined to take down, murder, a intended target. He will not hesitate to do the job brutally, or gruesomely; In a messy manner.
• Stubborn - Luka doesn't give up or stand down easily. He'll put up quite the bit of the fight before ceasing and calling it quits. When chasing down a target, after being compromised, it's not easy to escape him. He'll come up with some sort of way to get you. You might run, but you can't hide. It'll take a lot for him to settle and quit.
• Emotional - Ironically, due to his cold blooded counterpart trait, he has an emotional side to him. A spot that just gives in to feelings. This can lead to crying, tear-eyes, sniffling, or a flip-out moment where he just attacks nonstop uncontrollably out of emotion.
• Rebellious - He doesn't like to serve anyone or give his loyalty to anyone easy. Nor does he likes getting caught under the laws of the world, and lives his own life in how he wants to live it. Well, not how he really wants to due to his situation. But he does not really look forward to joining any mafia, or family. For now, he wishes to rival them by himself and show his ability. MISCELLANEOUS

Appearance; Luka is a short boy, standing at 4'9. Something that he is quite ashamed of, but to make up for it there is his skill. His skin is pale, but soft and can be mistaken to be 'fragile'. His face is round, and flawless, but if you actually looked at his body you'd notice some scars that he bears from past unfortunate events.His hair is a pitch-black ebony color, quite admirable really since shiny black hair isn't really all too common in such a beautiful form and appearance. His eyes are as dark as his hair, holding innocence at first glance, but taint the next glance. His nails are painted black, and he has rings piercings on his lobe. Two in each lobe, and upon in the cartilage is a stud of what appears to be white sapphire. Snake bites, studs, dominate his lower lip. The boy's attire varies greatly, thus no accurate outfit is available.

Biography; Luka was born in Britain. Great Britain, the United Kingdom to the world today. A simply, poor boy, who lived with a lower class family. They were unfortunate financially, but they were a happy family. Luka was loved as a boy, for his cheery, and affectionate traits. He favored his mother, but still loved his father. It is unknown if he has a brother. But if he did, they'd be older than him. His mother was Brtish, while his father was Italian. AN odd pairing, yes; But what's most important is the everlasting love. When he was five years old, he was kidnapped by a foreign thought to be 'immigrant' to Britain. An Italian man, but not just any Italian. A mafioso. The boy was not old enough to understand much, but he could realize that something was very, very wrong. During the kidnapping, he was at a high risk. Risk of being raped, harmed, etc. It had only gone so far as being violated, to a point. But nothing more than that, and it happened only twice thank the gods. The mafioso was able to get away with transporting Luka to Italy, and entirely different country than his own home.

Luka got to meet the mafia that the mafioso was a member of. Hell, they didn't seem to like the kid much. But, the leader of the group, called themselves the Merceo Family, had an idea for the child. Since the boy was British, he could help them in their attempts to expand their mafia into Britain. Just for more control. They also believed if they could train a child from this age, they'd grow up with astounding experience that would aid their purpose and wish to have complete control, to have everything they've ever wanted. This included, power. Dominance. Luka suffered from there, on-wards. He'd be beaten and harmed and punished abusively when he did things wrongly. When he would rebel, talk back, or screw up. They tried to teach him hand-to-hand combat, and failed. He was quite weak physically, which made the abuse very bad for him. Cuts and lashes, were the causes of the scars on his skin. They tried teaching him how to use swords, bats, and knives. He only did well with knives, and had little experience in a sword.

Hell continued for him. Unimportant, lower-ranking members had their own ideas for the boy. They used him as a toy, sexual. They did not rape him; No, but there is proof that there was some sexual interaction. He'd try and snitch, but they wouldn't let him - Without being injured badly. They finally found something that was perfect for him to practice in. The practice of marksmanship, and the use of firearms. He seemed to be skilled in using sniper rifles at the age of 9 already, but was still awfully sloppy and full of mistakes because of his age. First, they trained him in endurance. This way, he could take the recoil of a bolt-action sniper rifle. Because things launched you back, and sometimes they don't take you with it. They'll plummet right into you. He needed to know how to hold it firmly in place, and take it's power and tame it. In the middle of training sessions, he was required to do target practice with firearms as well. Hand pistols, like the basic USP. He was able to master this skill first, and also had incredible accuracy with moving objects and direct combat. This was by the time he was 10. In Rifle Training, he still needed to hit moving targets.

At the age of eleven he mastered the basics of using a sniper rifle, and using a pistol as well. He was available for missions and tasks. His first mission, was to take down three men at one time doing a drug dealing. The Merceo did not like drugs on their territory, and will not hesitate to exterminate anyone violating this law. Since it was Luka's first mission, yeah he did screw up a bit. He forgot his sniper mags, and his targets were already moving from the meeting place to a more vacant place to perform the deal. It was up to Luka to stalk them carefully, and he was using his firearm this time. He did the job with one throat shot, and two head shots. And hell, did he leave a messy scene behind. They gave him the title The Bloody Marksman, ignorant of the fact he did not use his sniper in combat at all.

Next, was his fourth job to be done. At that time, he had augmented his skills with a sniper with the last two missions. He became more wise, more knowledgeable. He was capable of performing headshots more fluidly, as well as killing bolts. But this job he was doing, it was at nighttime, and he had to deal with four people this time. Good thing they were meeting in plain sight, this way, he could have the advantage of taking them all down as they be alerted from just one shot. When the targets met, he took out the superior first, spraying blood and brain matter on the brick wall behind. Scared the three others to no end, just the way it happened so sudden, and violent. They ran, and this was the second mission Luka would be having to deal with three moving important targets. He was able to take them all down. Two of the three with head shots, one he accidentally missed and shot them in the chest. It wasn't clean and quick, dammit. He felt guilty, and quickly put him out of his misery. No one deserves to suffer. From this mission, they called Luka the Nightstalker. He gained a love for nighttime.

By his eleventh mission, eleven years old too coincidentally, he had the mission to take out the leader of a rivaling family. This would be the most important job he's ever done. How did he earn his boss's trust so quickly? It was a mission in ritain, his own hometown. This leader will not escape him in Britain, this was Luka's territory. It was in London too. Luka took position on the Clocktower of London, Big Ben. With a childish grin, he took his aim. He found his target just in time, leaving their black car. Fancy looking thing, too bad he didn't know the model. "This bullet, will make history." He murmured. A loud bolt was heard that night. Sounded powerful, and violent too. There was no silencer on the sniper, simply because stealth was not required. There was only one target, the rivaling Leader. This was a Do-Any-To-Kill. A Must-Kill. Hell, the bullet he shot probably blew the guys brains out, maybe made his head explode. But Luka only remembers seeing a huge splash of blood, before escaping into the night. Mission, accomplished. Kill Confirmed. He doubted there would be much to bring back from the body anyway, with that sling of a shot.

Later on in life with the Merceo, he has gained a new title in reward for having over 100 headshots total for them by the time he was 13. He was famous within the group, but not everyone liked the kid. They thought he was a showoff, when he really wasn't of course. They were finding any reason to kick him out. On his 52nd mission, he was an advanced, master Sniper. He was a true hitman alright, he was dangerous to. He had also gotten a brand new sniper as a reward from the leader, pre-customized. But he decided to modify it himself, in his own dangerous way. Out this kill order, he could not do. No; He couldn't. This was why; The target, had their child with them. And the target seemed so innocent too. They were happy with their child, and it brought Luka to tears thinking about what would happen if he killed the man on the spot. He refused, he forced himself not to do it, and returned to his boss to explain. All of the members laughed and degraded him. They even recommended that the leader kick him out. Know what happened? He was banished from the group. They efared he could leak information though. They tried to capture and execute him. They had failed. Four of their members were killed while trying to execute Luka cruelly, and he escaped after that. He had a new goal in life. His goal, was to seek nd wreak revenge on the Merceos of Italy and Britain. Kill them all. Destroy them; One, against all.

As a fourteen year old now, he lives a street life. Lives outside on his own and maintains his job, titles, ranks, and statistics. He kills people, and captures people for money. Course, he warns his client first that he is not made for capturing. He charges bags of money for the job to be done, but will assure a failure, not! He is currently homeless, and has no home. But still has lots of money. You'll most likely find him on the clocktower in Britain, or on the rooftops in Italy. He's even been sighted in Japan.

Flame Attribute & Abilities:
Luka's flame attribute is the Storm Flame. The Storm Flame's primary ability is being able to disintegrate most objects it makes contact with, and if not disintegrate, it severely damages/burns making it a dangerous, yet effective offensive weapon, however not so good of a defensive ability. Due to the disintegration ability, what may also come from this is a bit of an explosive property to it. Luka uses the disintegration ability in collaboration with his marksmanship, channeling the flame through his rifle to create high-speed long-range attacks, only when it's needed of course aside from stealthy assassinations and attacks. He uses it mostly when in direct conflict with his opponent. The Disintegration Ability can only be used once in a post, and then takes a turn cooldown. Thus, can be used only every other turn.

Box Weapon:

A easy-to-use, bolt-action sniper rifle that is customized from the design of a Berret 50 Caliber. The cocking off the sniper rifle between each shot is easy, and quick to perform, and when done the chamber will shoot out the side of it. The sniper rifle can hold a entire mag of 20 bolts, or 2 1/2 inch long rifle bullets. Each bullets coated with a metal jacket. May reduce speed, but the bolt action helps this. Due to the metal coating, material/penetration and damage is increased. The user of a suppressor lowers the damage, so look out for this description. From the chest, upwards, the rifle's chance of lethal shot heightens greatly inch by inch. A head-shot is a 80% chance of death (If you're a human, of course, speaking about real life now) Depending on the impact and the power of the bullet, there's a slight chance it could rip off small limbs such as fingers and such. The scope can adjust to zoom in, or out, and can make distances visible to the eye up to a mile, IF it's clear view (Meaning, nothing is in the way of sight. Fog is included.)

The special ability of the weapon. The bullets of the sniper rifle have a high chance of exploding upon impact, mostly with objects or the environment around the intended target IN CASE he would miss the shot. The blast radius would effect those within five feet of the shot, thus making it quite weak and likely avoidable of course. (THE SNIPER IS NOT A BOX WEAPON! IT IS REGULAR WEAPON!)

A Semi-Automatic Firearm, capable of holding a mag with 12 rounds. The rounds are not intended to be lethal shots unless they are a headshot. Sometimes, the firearm will have a suppressor. Meaning, this will decrease the damage, and at times, the range as well.
