Seira isn’t exactly your typical girl who is going through ‘problems’. She isn’t the type to fret over petty matters such as the latest fashion or even the hottest gossip in school. Anything from boys to looks to relationships are things put way under the radar in her eyes. Honestly, being a guardian for in the Neo Vongola, it would be disappointing if she did care much. Seira’s top priorities are strength, her family (Vongola), her flower stand and Justice. Mostly anything else is annoying and put under her like an old toy.
In the past, she was actually quite a vibrant girl. That was back when her and her brother were actually friends. In that time, those two were the best of friends, looking out for each other and doing just about anything if the other asked. They were two peas in a pod. Seira at that time was always smiling, and she was a bit looser then now.
Although as Noboru moved on, and became more and more of a jerk, her smile faded. Seira began to lose one of the most important things to her, her brother. At the time, she first tried to tie bonds back but Noboru had changed too much. He was a completely different person. The Raven Haired Sister began to change herself. Sei matured into what you call a ‘one target person’. Instead of enjoying life as it was, she put school; her guardian duties and her flower stand only in her interest. Anything about love or caring wasn’t outwardly shown. Even if Sei hides it, she does care about the other Guardians. And it isn’t because she has too; she has secretly developed a sort of attachment to them. Those being with her when her brother had left made her feel un abandoned. Almost as if the little duo was still there. But even so, she doesn’t show it or acknowledge it. Seira is still as aloof as ever, squeezing up all her emotions like a knot and keeping it on the inside. There are times when she lets loose, but that’s mainly when she is alone on the roof of Namimori. That is the only time you will see her not all formal or mean looking. She will kick off her shoes and lay back gazing at the calm and beautiful sky.
Now an important thing to mention would be that Seira is in fact the grandchild of Hibari Kyoya. Her gramps and father haven’t exactly let up on the little girl as she became a guardian. For her grandpa, Seira really believes he doesn’t care much about her. But for her dad, she knows he doesn’t care about her. It seems in her family, being responsible for things like shops and school come first. When she was a kid they had let up a bit more but once their son had become a little rickety, it seemed Seira’s dad believed it was time to bring out the stick more. So he wouldn’t go wrong with this child. With that, it didn’t help at all. Instead of loving her family she hated them. She didn’t want to be associated with them at all. When someone calls her Hibari Chan, even out of respect, she gets extremely pissed off. The famous line of her grandfather, ’I’ll bite you to death.’ She simply changed one word so she could be different. ’I’ll nip you to death.’ If anybody connected Hibari to Seira in any way, it was a done deal, she would either get really moody or just burst.
As all this injustice folded, The Punisher began to feel like in the world, chaos and defeat was set like wild fire. But you had to be difference. As Noboru left and she joined the family, she began taking it upon herself to help people in need of justice. For the people who had wrong done to them like her. If she saw bullying unfold in school, even if she wasn’t a part of the disciplinary committee or even if she hated the person. It didn’t matter the consequences the people or the reason. She simply saw that the bully was doing wrong, and she nipped his ass to death. There were a few times the disciplinary committee tried to recruit her but she would always decline believing that would set he to be like her gramps. As such, she doesn’t get in trouble for beating up those kids for the DC’s back her up. This has given her the nickname, ‘The Punisher’.
Seira is very attracted to strength. Physical, mental, it doesn’t really matter. When she sees someone who is strong, she eagerly wants to fight them to test their strength. It seems if she could beat enough strong people, she could be acknowledged as an individual. But sometimes, it’s a little different. For one thing, Seira has a one side crush on Ryuu. She doesn’t think too much of it or has his picture or lock of hair, but him acting so strong makes her drool sometimes. He is probably the only guardian she acts remotely nice too. Everyone else is sort of a tsundere bustle. And another thing is she is very aroused by shirtless men who are ripped. Muscles, another sign of strength, drive her crazy even if she doesn’t show it. If she gets aroused or gets too close to Ryuu, she tends to slightly blush. But people who acknowledge that tend to turn it off as Seira rages on their butts. But it should be mentioned as time has passed, Seira has started getting attracted to strong woman also. She hasn’t accepted the feelings or anything but she knows deep down inside, she wants some of that.

Flame Attribute & Abilities: Cloud (Nuvola): Propagation is its ability. The user is able to increase the size of something and multiply it through the absorption of flames. An example would be Kyoya's hedgehog attacking Gamma's wolves. Through contact his hedgehog absorbed the flames if the lightning wolves and increased into a huge hedgehog.
Seira can use this ability to either increase the amount of her vampire bats or her juttes. Typically it takes a post for her to absorb enough flames from an opponent. By the next post she can use the propagation effect for three posts before cooling for another three. The maximum amount of bats or juttes is five.
Box Weapon: Jutte of the Cloud: A jutte typical jutte but enlarged to about the size of a katana. The hilt is wrapped in thing purple rope. The blade is hexagonal shaped with the tip being flat. The tip is usually lit by a cloud flame. It has the effect of propagation and can be multiplied. She uses these in her swordsman like style switching between one or two blades if possible.
Box Animal: Vampire Bat of the Cloud: A typical vampire bat Seira calls 'Shadey'. It looks like a typical vampire bat but has a cloud flame on its forehead. It's able to use echolocation like any other bat but the radius is about twenty maybe twenty five feet around Seira's position. It can also use the propagation affect through absorption of other flames, usually multiplying to attack foes in a swarm.
Equipment: Jutte: A ordinary jutte, real size and all. It has the same design as Sei's cloud jutte but this one is simply used as assistance in her martial arts. She tends to use it to redirect attacks and hit opponent in the 'right place'.
Miscellaneous Items: Vongola Arm Band: an armband with the logo if the Vongola on it. It's purple and she isn't always wearing it but it’s with her.
