MISCELLANEOUS
Fukazawa Hikari led an ordinary life for the first eighteen years of her existence. Celebrating each birthday, treasuring every holiday spent with her family, and lived a school life to it's fullest. The year she began Middle School, she had found an affinity with the art of Kendo. Showing promise and slowly working her way up until she was the Captain of the Middle School's Kendo team. She had kept good grades during these years and made sure she attended the best High School she could herself to. A short time later, High School began. She had to repeat her way up the ranks of a Kendo club, a new one this time. Once again, she had kept good grades and achieved the Captain spot of the Kendo team her final year there.
This ordinary life ended with the meeting of a young Italian man, roughly two years older than her and visiting Japan on a passport. Hikari had bonded greatly with the Italian man, though the bond was breaking as the date where he had to return to Italy was approaching. Soon, the man proposed to Hikari and she quickly responded with a yes.
The acceptance of the proposal was a contract that would be signed in blood, as the young man's history came to haunt him. His father, a Mafioso named Acerbi had put a hit on his son's fiance. The father believed greatly in blood purity, and preferred his son marry an Italian woman. Soon, the Hitman assigned with Hikari's assassination had closed in on her. Taking her from her sleep and bringing her to a warehouse that would act as her fiery grave and tombstone. She had escaped from the ropes that held her captive and fended off the Hitman in the burning building, taking her first life and escaping from her would-be grave all in one night.
She survived, though, she knew the risk of returning to her family. The Mafioso would never give up, so she had disappeared from existence and hid herself among Japan's Underworld. She did not have the means to extract vengeance upon Acerbi at that time. Through years of struggle, living as a nameless person among society, homeless and having no where to go, she brought herself to various Yakuza groups. Sharpening her knowledge in Kendo and other sword styles from those who mastered the art of killing in hopes that she would one day carry out her darkest wish.

Combined with her newly-found Storm flames and skills she began a Journey to the Italian Mafioso's hiding place and took his life. She normally doesn't talk about what occurred that night, and rarely brings it up herself. Sometime after she was made the Guardian of the Storm Pacifier, a job she kept for two years. She killed all criminals she went after during this time, and became greatly disliked by the Vindice because of this. Her last mission as a member of Vindice took her to Namimori where she worked undercover as a first year named Wakahisa Asami, where she watched the Vongola Ring Battles from a distance.
Hikari had anticipated an organization disrupting the Vongola Ring Battles after the murder of a fellow first year's parents, but she didn't have the slightest clue of Annullare's existence. When Annullare finally struck, Hikari felt like immensely guilty for failing to prevent the deaths that occurred after the Sky Ring Battle. She resigned from her position and continued on as Wakahisa Asami for her second year of High School, recently becoming a member of CEDEF.

STORM FLAMES, Storm Flames are strong red Flames that are highly offensive and, with the assistance of its Disintegration characteristic, can make anything that touches them into decaying and breaking apart, including other Dying Will Flames. Hikari uses these highly destructive Flames to compliment her swordsmanship, a style which she has perfected through years of intense training and service with the Vindice. During her time with Vindice, her targets had a 1% survival rate.
Box Weapon:
AME-NO-HABAKIRI, STORM KATANA, the katana wielded by Fukuzawa Hikari is rumored to be a Muramasa blade due to the amount of lives it has taken. It's blade is completely black, reaching a standard 23 and a half inches. It's handle is dark red, matching the katana's sheathe. When drawn, Storm Flames begin to gather around the blade, augmenting it's cutting power above that of a standard katana for a duration of two posts, with a cooldown of two posts. In order to reactivate this effect, the blade must be sheathed and drawn again, making it useful for Iaido techniques.
KIZAN, STORM NODACHI, Hikari's favorite blade is usually reserved for opponents that require her full strength in order to cut down, due to how heavy it can be when used for long periods of time. The Nodachi is 70 inches altogether, as well as having a red blade and a black sheathe, completely reverse of her standard katana. As a Nodachi, Kizan has far superior cutting power to a Katana, but it isn't enhanced like Hikari's katana.
