In general, Bella is a very nice girl. Sure, she can be a bit arrogant and she can hold a grudge but you should be fine as long as you stay on her good side. Yeah, she can be a bit of a bitch jerk, but who isn't these days?
Bella is the type of girl who makes a lot of friends. She's a friendly person, really, so it's not exactly surprising to those who truly know her. More importantly, once you've earned her friendship, you've got it for like unless you do something to seriously mess it up.
Everyone has their enemies, right? What reason is there for Bella to be any different? There are people who dislike her for not conforming to the family's ideals and there are probably people who hate her just for being born into the Cavallone family. She doesn't actively go making enemies, though.
