Luka doesn't mind making friends, as long as they don't screw around with his job of being a hitman. Being homeless, being in the hard situation that he's in, he MUST have money to support himself. He hasn't the money for a home, but he makes good enough money to take care of himself. He is is proud of his job, getting rid of the troublesome people needing to visit the netherworld. He loves his job, it's also something that gives him something to do. He's incredibly skilled in it. If you form a contract with him, he'll see you as a positive acquaintance, or even a friend based on how things go. Just don't be annoying towards him, or impatient with it. Killing isn't really an easy task. Maybe it sorta is for Luka though. When being a friend of Luka, it's ultimately a bond. That bond must be kept. You must stay in contact with him. Being a friend, and having a bond with him, doesn't mean a one-night-meeting and that's it. No; You have to actually spend time with him now and then. That's what you do if you're friends after all, right? He's not gonna let himself be used... Unless, he's paid for it, as in forming a contract.
Target Sighted, Fire!
One way to piss Luka off is attacking him, or harming him in any way possible. He doesn't tolerate sudden conflict against him, nor any grudges pitted against him. He just does whatever his contract says to do. It's not his fault. He also hates betrayal. If a contractor, or an ally betrays him, you are instantly etched onto his kill-list. He will hunt you down, and your fate has been sealed. It's not a situation of how, it's when. You'll have to not turn a blind eye unless you want to be caught by him. Luka doesn't like rivalry too much, unless they were to wield a sniper like him, or use solid close-combat against his long range. He also doesn't mind Frenemie relationships. Hey, at least he won't kill you if those are the deals. But if you are a target from his contract, you are certainly an enemy unless you can somehow bribe him or develop some feeling between you and him, friendship. Or, if you can play with his heartstrings and get him to spare you.
